17 I came to Hong Kong on 1st day ist moon -
February, 19 1. I came with Miss Lai Ming Fai and my
husband and Miss Lai's mother and Miss Au. I was her
amah and had been so for nearly 10 years. My husband had
been chauffeur to the accused for several months in Shanghai
before coming to Hong Kong. We went to live in a house

The accused was the tenant of that floor. Accused paid my
wages. I knew him before I came to Hong Kong when I was
in Shanghai. We lived at No.79 for about 7 months when
we moved to 1st floor 50 Village Road: accused was tenant.
He lived thereafter and he paid my wages. My husband, Mias
Lai and her mother moved over. bessie Au had already left.
I knew a sister of Bessie Au næmed Anɑie Au. She came down
10th moọn lɛat year (Dec. 1931). She also stayed with us.
To my I never met a man named Fung, at either address. knowledge they always slept n the same bed, but nothing
